Use fyl in your terminal

One command uploads a file and prints its link. No account, and nothing is stored on your computer.

For macOS and Linux; needs only curl. The installer checks fyl against its published checksum and puts it in /usr/local/bin, so it may ask for your password. Run it again to update.

Links last 1 day unless you choose 5m to 7d. fyl prints only the link, so url="$(fyl ./archive.zip)" works in scripts. --password asks for a password, or makes one up if you just press Enter. If an upload breaks off, fyl prints a --resume command that continues it within 24 hours.

Paste the link you received. A one-time link can be resumed from the same network until the download finishes.

--manage adds the private management link as a second line. Keep it safe: it is the only way to delete the file or change its expiry, and anyone who has it can do both.
